About this episode
Today’s show features a guest who is a perfect example of someone who left his nine to five and chose to live off rentals. He lives a better life and enjoyed touring the world with just one property listing with AirBNB way back in 2012. He got the idea to be an Airbnb host from his first-hand experience staying at an Airbnb property and loving the experience.
Jasper Ribbers is the author of the book Get Paid for Your Pad: How to Maximize Profit from your Airbnb Listing. He also co-hosts the Get Paid For Your Pad podcast, covering all subjects related to Airbnb hosting and real-life experiences told by Airbnb hosts from all around the world.
In this episode, Jasper will share how he lived-off rentals with only one property at first. He will share his journey and challenges as well as expanding it to other parts of the world. Listeners will also learn from his perspectives on doing short-term rentals and strategies to price and manage them. He will also talk about how investing in other countries works for him.
If you are looking into expanding your business internationally or aim to learn strategies from the one who has successfully done it, then this is an episode that you do not want to miss!
