About this episode
On this episode of Living Off Rentals, we are joined by Jessica Hinton, the owner of Barefoot Vacation Rentals. After managing her own vacation rentals for several years, Jessica was inspired to start her own vacation rental management business. With her 16 years of experience as an HVAC technician in the Air Force and her current line of work as a project manager, she had the skills and desire to take on this new challenge.
Jessica has since built a team to help with the many properties that Barefoot Vacation Rentals is managing. They take great pride in their service, even offering their unique Peace of Mind service, which ensures that property owners can rest assured that temporary tenants don’t disturb the neighbors.
Tune in as she shares her journey and insights on the short-term rental space!
